The Place

That’s where it all began as a small campfire in the early 80s, where people gathered to have a few drinks and chill out after a long day of diving. The city of Sharm el Sheikh started to develop in the mid-90s as a diving and desert safari destination for tourists from all over Europe and other countries. Since then, Sanafir Hotel, now known as El Pacha Hotel turned to be the Hot Spot Down Town of Naama Bay, the only animated place back then.

In the early 90s, Bus Stop café, pub & club was born and became the place to party and dance the night away at Disco & Pop music tunes. In the late 90s, Bus Stop organized the first House music party using the open-air courtyard of Sanafir Hotel. From the Bus Stop evolved the revolutionary to Egypt, House Nation parties.

Since August 1999, every Thursday, the parties have succeeded to gather up to 2000 clubbers in high season. The House Nation party has become the event where people get together and express their enthusiasm and devotion towards House music in all its diversity. In addition, other nights started to host different style of music varying between RnB, Hip Hop, Commercial & Techno.

In 2004, Pacha Sharm opened as the franchise from the infamous club in Ibiza and the first international brand to open in the Middle East and Africa. Since then, Pacha Sharm became the hub of nightlife in Sharm el Sheikh & Egypt, reaching the #20 in the Top 100 Worldwide Poll of DJ Mag in 2010.
